Cathy Turner

Cathy Turner is a health educator, yoga teacher, artist, and cofounder of The Restored Heart Collective, an organization supporting spouses of military and veterans.

Much of Cathy’s work centers around connection by helping people feel less alone and more grounded in themselves, each other, and their communities. Through The Restored Heart Collective, she works alongside military and veteran families, bringing particular attention to the often-unseen impact of service on those who support veterans at home.

Cathy is a Vermonter, mother, and longtime member of the military community; she brings warmth, curiosity, humor, and deep respect for the stories represented at our Family Vets Town Hall, and is honored to serve as this year’s emcee and help create space for conversation, connection, and community.
